for over ten years. Heart of Reiki was destined to manifest since Kelly and Ann met. Back in 2008, Ann received
a Reiki treamtent from Kelly, and an instant connection and partnership was made. Heart of Reiki conducts their trainings,

What is Reiki? Reiki is a
spiritual healing practice created by Mikao Usui at Mt. Kurama, Japan in 1922. It is used for wellbeing
and balances the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual body. It is very simple to practice and can be
used throughout the remainder of your life. Reiki can be learned by anyone. Reiki is given with a light touch using hand placements over a fully clothed body. Reiki
is used for self-care, treatment of others and for family, friends, clients, patients and animals. Commonly reported benefits are less stress, less anxiety, less pain and a better overall quality of life. Reiki is commonly used in hospitals across the country as an integrative approach to care and comfort of the
patients. Reiki, however is not just for those that are sick it's for those that aren't sick to stay healthy. An

by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing (9/10/97). "Reiki
is one of the approved therapies within their practice, incorporate complementary/alternative modalities (CAM) to meet
such nursing and client goals including, but not limited to, increased comfort, relief of pain, relaxation, improved coping
mechanisms, reduction of stress, an increased sense of well-being comprehensive health promotion and health risk reduction." 7.25 contact hours are provided upon completion of class for Reiki First Degree.
