Cinzi
Lavinis an enthusiastic
educator with 20 years’ experience and a varied background in music and dance.
Under
the auspices of a Boston-based wellness collaborative, she also lectures on substance abuse prevention and teaches yoga and
mindfulness techniques. Sharing the healing and strengthening power of yoga—which
has made such a positive impact on her own life—is her greatest joy in teaching others. Her teaching style is warm,
uplifting, engaging, and supportive, and her classes have the distinction of featuring the teacher’s own musical compositions!
