“The Secret Art of Inviting in Happiness”
What is Reiki?
Reiki (ray-key) is a spiritual practice that promotes balance. Reiki practice is a form of self-care utilizing a suggested protocol of light hand placements. The National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine or NCCAM states “Reiki practitioners place their hands lightly on or just above the person receiving the treatment, with the goal of facilitating the person’s own healing response.” Suggested benefits include: less stress, less anxiety and a better quality of life.

Why Learn Reiki?
An important reason to consider is whether or not it can help you and the answer is yes! Reiki practice is used for well-being and balances the mind, body and spirit. Reiki practice is easily learned and simple to integrate into your everyday life. A Reiki master teacher initiates you into the practice.
